1. ये शर्तें किस पर लागू होती हैं
kalamu.in पर आने, WhatsApp पर हमसे बात करने, या कलमू की कोई भी डिजिटल किताब ख़रीदने पर ये शर्तें आप पर लागू होती हैं। अगर आप इनसे सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया ख़रीदारी न करें।
2. हम क्या बेचते हैं
कलमू बच्चों के लिए प्रिंट करने लायक डिजिटल किताबें (PDF) बेचता है — कर्सिव लिखाई, हिंदी सुलेख, पहेलियाँ, कागज़ के खेल, चार्ट, स्टिकर और माता-पिता के लिए गाइड। ये डिजिटल फ़ाइलें हैं, छपी हुई किताबें नहीं। इन्हें प्रिंट करने की ज़िम्मेदारी और ख़र्च आपका है।
3. आपको क्या हक़ मिलता है
- अपने परिवार के बच्चों के लिए जितनी बार चाहें प्रिंट कीजिए।
- फ़ाइल अपने फ़ोन, कंप्यूटर या प्रिंट की दुकान पर खोल सकते हैं।
- यह हक़ सिर्फ़ आपके अपने घर के लिए है, हमेशा के लिए।
ये नहीं कर सकते
- फ़ाइल को आगे बेचना, किराए पर देना या मुफ़्त बाँटना।
- WhatsApp ग्रुप, Telegram, Google Drive या किसी वेबसाइट पर अपलोड करना।
- स्कूल, ट्यूशन सेंटर, कोचिंग या आँगनवाड़ी में सामूहिक रूप से इस्तेमाल करना — इसके लिए अलग लाइसेंस चाहिए, हमसे बात कीजिए।
- पेज से कलमू का नाम/लोगो हटाकर अपने नाम से इस्तेमाल करना।
4. मालिकाना हक़
किताबों का लेख, डिज़ाइन, चित्र और "कलमू" नाम व लोगो हमारी बौद्धिक संपदा हैं। ख़रीदने पर आपको इस्तेमाल का हक़ मिलता है, मालिकाना हक़ नहीं।
किताबों में इस्तेमाल हुए कुछ फ़ॉन्ट और चित्र खुले लाइसेंस (SIL Open Font License, CC-BY 4.0) के अंतर्गत हैं और उनका श्रेय हर किताब के अंदर दिया गया है।
5. दाम और भुगतान
- सभी दाम भारतीय रुपये (₹) में हैं और उन पर लागू कर शामिल हैं।
- दाम कभी भी बदले जा सकते हैं। जो दाम ख़रीद के समय बताया गया, वही आप पर लागू होगा।
- भुगतान की पुष्टि होने के बाद ही फ़ाइल भेजी जाती है।
6. उम्र
ये किताबें बच्चों के लिए बनी हैं, पर ख़रीदारी 18 साल से ऊपर का व्यक्ति ही कर सकता है। बच्चा किताब का इस्तेमाल माता-पिता या किसी बड़े की देखरेख में ही करे।
7. हम क्या वादा नहीं करते
ये किताबें अभ्यास की सामग्री हैं। बच्चे का सुधार कितना और कितनी जल्दी होगा, यह उसकी उम्र, अभ्यास और माहौल पर निर्भर करता है — इसकी कोई गारंटी हम नहीं देते। ये किसी चिकित्सकीय, शैक्षणिक या मनोवैज्ञानिक सलाह का विकल्प नहीं हैं। अगर बच्चे को लिखने में लगातार कठिनाई हो रही हो तो किसी योग्य विशेषज्ञ से सलाह लीजिए।
8. ज़िम्मेदारी की सीमा
क़ानून जितनी छूट देता है, उस हद तक, किसी भी विवाद में हमारी अधिकतम ज़िम्मेदारी उस रक़म तक सीमित रहेगी जो आपने उस ऑर्डर के लिए दी थी।
9. क़ानून और अधिकार-क्षेत्र
इन शर्तों पर भारत का क़ानून लागू होगा। किसी भी विवाद का निपटारा भोपाल, मध्य प्रदेश के न्यायालयों के अधिकार-क्षेत्र में होगा।
10. बदलाव
ये शर्तें समय-समय पर बदली जा सकती हैं। नया रूप इसी पेज पर, नई तारीख़ के साथ दिखेगा।

These Terms govern your use of kalamu.in and your purchase of Kalamu digital products. By browsing the site, contacting us on WhatsApp, or purchasing, you agree to them.
What we sell
Kalamu sells printable digital workbooks (PDF files) for children — cursive handwriting, Hindi handwriting, puzzles, paper games, charts, stickers and a parent guide. These are digital downloads, not printed books. Printing is at your own cost.
Licence granted
On purchase you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and use the files for children in your own household, as many times as you wish.
Restrictions
- No reselling, renting, redistributing or gifting of the files.
- No uploading to WhatsApp/Telegram groups, cloud drives, websites or file-sharing services.
- No institutional or classroom use (schools, tuition or coaching centres) without a separate written licence from us.
- No removal of Kalamu branding or resale under another name.
Intellectual property
All text, layout, illustrations and the Kalamu name and logo remain our intellectual property. Certain fonts and illustrations are used under open licences (SIL OFL, CC-BY 4.0) and are credited inside the books.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time; the price shown at the time of purchase applies. Files are delivered only after payment is confirmed.
Age
Purchases may only be made by persons aged 18 or above. Children should use the material under adult supervision.
No guarantee of results
These are practice materials. Improvement depends on the child's age, effort and environment. Nothing here is medical, educational or psychological advice. For persistent writing difficulty, please consult a qualified professional.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
